Spicy Baradu Curry Recipe
Try this flavorful and spicy Baradu curry recipe for a delicious Indian meal. Made with a blend of spices, lentils, and vegetables, it’s a perfect dish to warm you up on a cold day.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Baradu (Toor Dal)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- Wash and soak the Baradu for 30 minutes.
- Pressure cook the Baradu with water, turmeric powder, and salt until soft.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Add tomatoes, red chili powder, and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the cooked Baradu and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
